If you have purchased any of our products, which you are not entirely happy, please contact us with your comments; we need to know where we can improve our service and products, and will do all we can to put it right for you. We will respond to all queries within 5 working days.
We May Not Accept your order
We reserves the right not to accept your order if:-
If we do not accept your order we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days from date of order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Switch, Solo, Mastercard and Visa. We charge your credit or debit card in full when you place an order. Any credits due for refunds are processed as soon as practicable.
Regrettably, as Exotic Coffee Roasters only supply freshly roasted coffee to order, you do not have any statutory rights to cancel an order with us under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Contracts for the purchase of goods through our e-shop will be governed by English Law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
