“Extra Special” Don Elias Roa – Direct Trade , Colombia – Micro-lot (Single Estate)

Process: The coffee is selectively hand picked. The fully washed Caturra has aromas of maple with the sweetness of an apricot, a smooth creamy body with fruit acidity and a clean and silky finish with hints of chocolate.
Cupping notes: Aromas and flavours of citrus and red berries. Sweet finish with notes of sugar cane.
Our lovely family friend Don Elias Roa, have been producing coffee for 25 years. Elias has 2 farms, giving him the ability to harvest coffee all year long. Elias will be able to send his 3 children to University through producing high quality coffees. Elias is the president of the coffee growers association in Acevedo and is leading the other members to produce higher quality coffees.
